Is there a Scroll directive on anchors with active position highlighting in Angular?

Is there a directive that allows you to scroll through anchors with the class set to the link of the currently viewed item, for angular?
I watched the following:
https://github.com/oblador/angular-scroll - they ask to write an anchor in href, from which the routing is shocked
ngmodules.org/tags/scroll - there is not one that does not match ...

on the usual jq you can write. Code in a couple of lines and attributes for e-s.
