Is there a script to edit static pages on the server?

Good time, I am looking for a tool or a set of tools that is capable of performing functions similar to the functionality of the Typewrite service , namely:
a primitive file manager a
simple html or markdown editor the
ability to store a history of document version changes and compare them - this is the most important thing, of
course, the possibility of real-time co-editing will be a plus , but it's not that important.
Found solutions like :
stackedit and escrito . The solutions are directed in a slightly different direction and have good functionality, but unfortunately they do not work with history. There was also an idea to use for this "GitHub like" scripts like gogs, but editing will be done by a person very far from the terms Git and GitHub.
I will describe the situation:
There are several html pages located on the server, you need the ability to edit them and save the history of their changes, if the script needs files, they can be in md format. In fact, I'm looking for partial functionality of the wiki engine, only for working with static files.

Well, in general, picking up pages from the server, editing them and writing them back is not a problem at all (the rights to write to the directory will only be needed). But to keep history ... well, you can get smart. Are you using a base at all? Then it needs to produce copies of files and it will be history.
