Is there a script to automatically install and configure packages?

Now, after the DC (Hetzner) provides me with a server with Debian 7 installed, I download and run the ISPmanager script, answer a couple of questions, and in a few minutes I have a working system with the necessary packages and a control panel. Everything is fine, BUT the packages that are installed "out of the box" usually have an out-of-date version and during installation I do not have the opportunity to choose a system configuration other than the Apache + PHP bundle.
I accidentally stumbled upon this script https://github.com/Xeoncross/lowendscript and thought maybe there are solutions similar or more advanced than ISPmanager?
Although I am engaged in system administration, I am not a system administrator, but I have to support production servers. That's why I can't install packages on my own, I'm afraid to configure a "leaky" and unstable system.
Ideally, I would like a script that would put the most relevant, optimal and stable solutions.
Thank you.
