How to create a batch file or a command from smd so that you can turn off the flash drive with one click ... does anyone have any ideas?

I have a super genius idea! learn some history. and find out that this feature has been outdated since the 2000s of Windows! and it remained as a cool artifact. and a person who is still looking for arguments for this nonsense ... probably from the last century.
I'm talking about a safe shutdown .. if someone is not in the subject!
