Can you please tell me if there is such a service / platform / or tool so that in an online survey the answer option is a freehand drawing? For example, so that a user can draw his answer with a mouse on a PC or a finger on a smartphone for a specific question. Thank you!

There's no such thing.
And it's unlikely to be. How to interpret this drawing?
