Sorry, but backends and "web development" is a very broad concept.
For example, I never know php / perl / python at all, but I know that at least on the first and third sites they do both front-end and back-end.
But I can tell you a little about writing sites in c # + asp.net mvc, which I am currently studying.
So, it is worth clarifying that those who are unlikely to be able to help on it do not climb into the question.
