Is there a Remote Admin for two or more users?

Good afternoon.
Please share your experience of remote access (not in LAN, via the Internet in different cities).
There is one main computer (Win10), in different cities, users should be able to simultaneously connect to it and see the contents of its window and control it (mouse / keyboard).
It is not possible to build a VPN and other internal networks.
Tried Logmein - one user connects, then the second user kicks the first one out.
We tried Timvuver - he constantly asks for money, very often knocks out sessions, the principle of payment is not entirely clear (many clients + one host, this is 30k per year, right?)
Maybe there is some other solution? Can be paid.
