Is there a regular way to set the editor type "Visual editor" for all fields in the admin panel?

Good afternoon, all with the coming!
The type must be set to Visual Editor for announcement text, dative text, HTML/text properties, both created and not yet created. Maybe somewhere in the Bitrix settings there is a button that does this, but I don’t know?
