Is there a ready TinyMCE with photo upload?

I reviewed a bunch of plugins for the standard TinyMCE, then the image upload button does not appear, then the editor simply stops being displayed, or some other garbage.
Is there somewhere (or someone) an editor with an already integrated image upload function and preferably a php file for uploading images to the server?
Even if it's not the latest version.

no, but there is an easily screwed one, it is quite simple to set up, all the settings are in the docks on the site. We put it in the admin panel - the flight is normal.
