Is there a ready-made Webpack Starter Kit for Angular 2?

You need a ready-made kit that already has Angular 2 and Bootstrap 3 itself. I didn’t find a single option for everything to work out of the box. Collect yourself - there is no time to study Webpack.
Experience suggests that it is necessary to highlight important points again: the assembly should initially have both Angular 2 and Bootstrap 3 .
