Is there a ready-made TTN generation script in PHPExcel or with html output?

I'm trying to find a script for generating a waybill in the form 1-T in php with subsequent output to excel or at least html. I find online services, but I don’t see the script itself, maybe someone has met it or will I have to write it myself?
