Is there a ready-made solution (library, SDK, web service, you can pay) that can really paraphrase the English. text?

Text on the subject of programming. Forum responses. No code.
They need to be parsed and rephrased so that it is harder to distinguish, but at the same time it was not gibberish.
(What is gibberish - well, it's like in those synonymizers that I've seen - when "At first, press any key" is replaced with "At basic, impel whatever crucial". The meaning is lost, and the author's punctuation is not changed. Whereas more the correct option would sound like "firstly enter any key", which only changes the punctuation and some words, perhaps making the text not quite correct, but retaining the meaning.)
NO, not for search engines (not for creating a copy of the forum).
The programming language, the platform of the SDK itself - do not matter.

I have never met your option for the first time in my entire life, it makes me think that I will have to write my own solution
