To work stably, cope with DDos, preferably with CPanel, with the ability to register a domain directly from the panel, preferably with Memcached support. Technical support should also preferably be good (reluctance to wait for an answer for hours or even days). There are many options, everyone praises himself, but we must talk about quality from the outside. Give advice.

Recently they had a complete update of the resource (they abandoned a bunch of functionality, leaving only servers of all stripes and varieties).
I saw their line of cheap servers for hosting and I know for sure that there are servers in ua and ru regions.
I won’t tell you the prices, but all sorts of sockets, administrations and other pluses are present.

I have about 10 sites, most of them on German and Spanish servers.
I have only 1 site on Hostiq.ua, but it is he who flies compared to others. Those. support responds so quickly that I don’t have time to make coffee, at any time, even at 5 in the morning.
