Is there a public API for getting information about movies/series?

Hello.
And so, there is a database of movies and TV shows with the following information:
Title, year, movie search ID
The goal is to get the most basic information. For example:
Genres, posters, frames (preferably more - actors, etc., but not very important)
If everything is clear with the covers - you can download directly from the movie search links, then with frames and other information it is more difficult.
Parsing of the CP immediately disappears - full automation is needed, and constantly rewriting the parser for an updated structure (and God forbid for a new site from the great Yandex) is not the best pleasure.
Two days of googling didn't work.
What do you advise?
