Is there a proxy server that supports temporary unblocking?
Requires a filtering proxy server with a whitelist of sites. The following functionality is needed: on command for a certain local IP address, blocking is disabled for a while. For example, the administrator presses a button in the program / executes a command / does something else, without much difference what, and for an hour the blocking is turned off for a certain IP, then it is turned on again. It also needs to be free for non-commercial use. Is there something similar?

You need to start with the question "does anyone except me need it?" Do I understand correctly that this is a situation where one computer for everyone, one administrator account for everyone and you want to go to a porn site without breaking child locks?
I am not aware of such software, although of course, on a squid, scripts with editing the config and restarting could be stirred up - but whoever is able to install a squid and let traffic through it does not ask such questions ..
