Is there a program to encrypt files in the cloud from the cloud storage itself (scan bot neural network)?

Is there a program to encrypt files in the cloud from the cloud storage itself (scan bot neural network)?
Since Google's villain plans to have everyone in the tail and mane

Google Drive will restrict access to user files that violate company policy

So let's say I run the program "which I'm looking for with this post" I connect the cloud with a local disk and this program encrypts the files that I send, albeit with my extensions, so that the admin networks could not decrypt and so with all the files.
I see all the files through the program, but not so much)
I would very much like the program to bring it into Windows in the context menu (pressing the right key) to send to ... the cloud. and flew to the cloud with encryption.
So I want users to not have any neural networks. And the user was all easy and simple and most importantly calm.

Threat. You can encrypt in AirExplorer - the cons are that the license is expensive and there is no way to send it to the cloud and it's very crookedly implemented, it's not clear what is encrypted and what is not.
There is also RaiDrive, you can connect the cloud as a local disk, but there is no encryption from the cloud itself.
I hope you understand what would be the buzz if there was such a program.

store in the cloud not files, but a cryptocontainer like veracrypt / analogues.

Well, don't use Google if you don't like their policies. Expand your cloud storage and don't worry.
For me, the only option is to place the files in a password-protected archive
