Is there a program that could search for a fragment of a phrase inside a document, txt-files scattered on the hard drive?

Tell me a program (search engine) that could search for a fragment of a phrase inside txt documents. Those. would find the desired txt-files scattered on the hard drive by a snippet of a phrase inside the document.

If the task is one-time, then search with ripgrep .
And if you need to search repeatedly, then, in order not to torment the disk, you need to use full-text engines for indexing. For example, DocFetcher .
Clarification
ripgrep is intended for advanced users and programmers.

Akelpad can search in all open files.
Notepad++ and Sublime Text can do the same, and in addition, they can search in the folders you specify without opening files. In this case, you can add various filters (including by file type), and use regular expressions.
Sublime Text is paid, but works without buying a license, regularly reminding you with a purchase dialog box.
