Is there a program for recording working hours spent away from the computer?

Good day to all. I searched for such a program but did not find it.
The essence of the problem:
I plan my own working time. Mostly it takes place outside the computer, and in the evening I sit down at the computer and write down how many hours I spent on work. Now I do this. I created a table in Word, where in some cells I drive in the day of the week, in others the number and in the third working hours. If I want to calculate the average time at work, I have to do it manually, but if I want to draw a graph, of course I don’t want to...
I wanted the program to take into account every day and then generate a report and build a graph, display the average figure of working time for one day. So that you do not have to drive in the date and day of the week. If there is still accounting by type of activity, it’s generally good. For example, in a week I spend so many hours on the road, so many hours discussing the project, etc.
This is necessary for self-discipline and self-correction.
Please tell me a suitable program to implement this. You need it for Windows, if there is something for Android - even better ...

The main question that I have after reading this is why are you doing this in Word and not Excel ?
I mean, you can make your entire Excel program on your own in 10-60 minutes (depending on skill).

I have a small problem with Excel, I didn’t figure out how to make templates there, so that everything would be considered later ... I
thought there might be some kind of organizer or what to call it? I don't even know what name to look for. All programs that I have met take into account the time spent at the computer, and even in certain applications. Maybe there is a program that performs these functions only counts not hours, but something else?

Can be done through Google Docs. There you can create a form. This is essentially a web page that has fields and you fill them out. It is necessarily connected with the table (excel type). So at any point from any computer you can store your values in one table. And then, almost like in excel, you can prescribe calculations with graphing. Google has fewer formulas, but I think it's enough for your task.

I have a NetWorx program that takes into account time and Internet traffic. Well, so convenient! Reports, graphs, and so on ... I wish there was something like that, just set the numbers for accounting yourself ...
