Is there a program for custom import to mysql?

Hello.
Maybe someone knows or can advise a program for custom import.
There is a table (corrected :)). It has n columns.
And there is a csv file that is sent once a day.
The number of columns in which is different from the number of columns in the base, plus their order is different.
So I'm wondering if there is a program in which you can upload a csv file and specify which columns correspond to the columns in the database and which do not need to be loaded, plus add a few mathematical operations for several columns before importing.
