There is a scanned blank of the diploma, in which you need to substitute your full name and diploma number. There is an excel table with information about the full name, diploma number and e-mail.
A program is needed that can:
1.) Automatically generate diplomas by substituting the full name and diploma number from the excel file;
2.) Send them to the appropriate addresses from the excel file.
Well, or at least only 1.) with automatic generation of file names by full name.
