Is there a position of "impositioner" now?

Previously, I remember there were people who did only html, css, is, but then the sites were simple.
Now they are all called Front-End? But there you already need to know frameworks like react and be able to work with api? And this is already a more difficult job.
It just became interesting whether there are now purely layout designers, those elementary steps with which I think many of us started?
Previously, layout was considered the most primitive work, a little higher - deploy WordPress and add this same layout. And now?

There is, but not much. Basically, the employer expects the front-ender to do the layout.

There is a position, only it has long included knowledge of js at the initial level and knowledge of jquery by default, at least at the level of seamless connection of jquery plugins and further work with them.
Also the ability to connect js libraries that are not related to jquery. It's enough

Yesterday, I saw a vacancy "Layout designer" in Kharkov. Zp from $400. Jquery is a must have. So in order to make money normally, you need at least React. IMHO

There is always a "minimum step". There have always been and will be vacancies where you can get a penny without really understanding the topic. At a primitive level, it has become too easy to make up now, but coding has also become much easier. In fact, the time spent on training before starting to ask for money for work remains approximately the same.
