Is there a plugin to generate filenames in Photoshop?

Bind autosave on one key in Photoshop, but I came across the fact that Photoshop does not generate file names, but auto-replaces them. I need an automatic name generator (plugin?) to work in one layer of the same document: I drew something in layer 1 - I pressed the button and saved it to a folder - I erased everything that is on this layer and then I work. In general, I hope I explained everything more or less clearly.
