Is there a plugin to automatically change css?

There was a task to add to all classes in css a prefix r-.
Are there any text editor plugins so that you can automatically change the desired css?

As an option
1) Ctrl + Shift + F
2) In Find we write .
3) In the line in the middle, the full path to the directory with css-kami (subdirectories are found automatically)
3) In the Replace line, write .r- CAREFULLY
. Replaces all points in general, even those in paths/units. If the project is not huge, you can fix it in a couple of minutes. Sublime does not provide other solutions, as far as I understand.
