Is there a plugin for Sublime Text 3 to manage other plugins (grouping/profiles)?

Hello, dear Toaster users. I would like to ask. Is there such a plugin for ST3 to enable/disable in groups (several) other plugins (I use Sublime not only for the web, but some extensions really get in the way)? I have a Package Control, so there is an option to turn it on / off with hot keys (I think you can hang a call to the Enable / Disable Package function on them and pass the name of the package as an argument), but this is in theory, so I want a simpler option. Searches on the packagecontrol'a site did not return any results :(

Not that, but it will probably solve some of
Sublime's problems. How to set up hotkeys?
