Is there a password store for tech support?
We are engaged in remote technical support for clients on our software product. For each of them, a bunch of passwords, notes and information related specifically to accounts and security has accumulated.
There was a question in safe storage of this infa.
Now it looks like ordinary txt with the client's name stored in our shared folder, technical support opens them as needed and adds information to them, for example, if the password was changed somewhere.
I understand that here already one of the readers had a heart attack from all this disgrace, but I won’t tell the whole background and how it happened in general, let’s imagine that everything else except this is in order :)
Recommend some service for secure storage of passwords, as well as the ability to add comments and provide them to a certain circle of people (our tp).
Ideally, you can generate new passwords in the same place and integrate them into some CRM
