Is there a panel for windows like the unity vertical panel in ubuntu?

Hello masters.
Please tell me if there is a panel similar to the one on Linux. I found a few similar ones, rocket dock is one of them. But it's not all that. It is desirable to have such a panel that will hang constantly on the left, and will have a clearly allotted place so that nothing can climb under it (folders, shortcuts, etc.).
I would be very grateful for tips :)
