Is there a normal online system for the development team?

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a network for a development team from different cities. You need good chat, file sharing, security, etc.
Preferably a not too expensive plan.

I am personally very enthusiastic about Assebmla . For $19/month you get unlimited SVN, Git, Mercurial, Wikipedia, messaging, task scheduler, map wall, stand-up, SSL and more.

Used one time Assembly. Good thing.
Now I use BitBucket - also a powerful thing, unlimited free private repositories (git, mercurial), but up to 5 participants (you can increase it to 8).
There are wikis, files, tasks.
Plus, they have a bunch of related projects that integrate perfectly with the repository.
But in Assembly, the possibilities of the platform itself are richer.
But in Assembly, only one project is free :)
