Is there a normal client for version 10?

The default pgAdmin4 is very buggy.
Are there any other solutions free or "free"?)

Any IDE from jetbrains has a very good built-in client.
And the ultimate solution is DataGrip

Try Dbeaver, it's also laggy, but maybe less laggy than pgAdmin. There is also HeidiSQL, but it supports PostgreSQL experimentally. In practice, sometimes even slightly better than Dbeaver.
I haven’t met any ideal tool, so often the admin is from the console, which, of course, is not always convenient.

EMS SQL Manager for PostgreSQL, the free version has up to five saved databases and no SSH tunnels.
