In a closed network, addresses are statically assigned to computers, there is a site on wordpress. It is required that a user be created for all incoming users, and at the next login, immediately enter it. Are there such plugins? Or a plugin that allows you to do this with minimal modifications.

IP Based Login - https://wordpress.org/plugins/ip-based-login/
IP Based Login allows you to directly login from an authorized IP without password. So if you want to allow someone to login, but you do not want to share the login details just add their IP / IP Range using IP Based Login and when they access your site they will be logged in without having to enter the login credentials.
