Is there a mobile browser that doesn't constantly reload pages?

Description:
Chrome or Opera - open, for example, 3 tabs, read. I read, I read.
I switch to another application, turn off the screen, go by subway, mobile internet.
I open the browser again, I want to finish reading.
But! What kind of stupidity?! Starts reloading the page.... but it WAS already loaded! Why re-upload it?!
Is there a browser that hard caches the page?

And I just switch the browser offline with the blanking of the screen. The page does not reload until I log in online. What is easier?
Well, if you need to climb, and then read that page, then saving it is as easy as shelling pears. I don’t know how lame people do this, sorry, it’s possible that they also have some kind of add-on for browsers.
