I found such a marketplace , but it offers software rather than a data processing method.

If "for business" - then there is purple, how (method, software) you solved their problem. Therefore, for their task, they are ready to buy any software that solves it (that is, go to a platform similar to that indicated by you). I note - a ready-made, complete solution!
But the method - it is of interest exclusively to Data Science specialists, and not to business. Methods - by the way - are not patented, and accordingly - are not sold. If you want to assert your superiority in the invention of the method, you publish the corresponding scientific article.
And no one will pay money for the method (read - the idea).
