Is there a Markdown source filtering plugin?

Maybe someone knows if there is a ready-made plug-in for Markdown that allows you to set some signs for pieces of text and, after converting, be able to filter the source according to these signs, i.e. to receive a source code (well or at least HTML) without pieces of the text with this sign?

It's easier to take some kind of preprocessor or site generator, where it is included. Alya Jekyll, Hugo, MkDocs and more.
