Is there a mandatory set of documents for commercial software?
Hey Toster!
Inside a very large and complex organization, we have created some kind of software product that we want to legalize (both within the organization and within the country) and start selling to customers.
Now there is a set of typical technical documents that software acquires during development. It is clearly not enough for the product to become an independent commercial unit. Since we have no experience in bringing a software product to the market, a number of questions arise:
1. What kind of licenses and certificates from regulators should the product have?
2. What commercial documents must a product have in order to start selling? Licensing policy, description, etc.
3. What documents must the product have in order to insert the product into accounting records within the company? Now we say that this is our own development, made for a salary. Accountants don't understand us.
In short, it would be great to learn from you about all the documents that any commercial enterprise-level software product acquires during its life cycle.

Because in addition to learning what to do, it will still need to be done, so why run twice?
I use the document manager service, from skb-contour, there is a document generator for IT
