Is there a mail client working through the API with php?

Good night, I would like to know if there is such a service that I would send from my site via php mailer to the mail given by the service, and then through the api of this service to get information whether the letter came or not, got into the inbox or spam?
The project itself involves checking smtp servers for mail reachability.

In general, I solved this issue through https://temp-mail.ru/api

Checking SMTP servers for mail reachability is not possible . And this is already tired of explaining to everyone who decided to practice with php mailer.
Why?
Because on the server side I can simulate any behavior.
The message that a letter has been delivered does not mean at all that it has been delivered, does not mean at all that it has been delivered to the final addressee, and absolutely does not mean that it has gone into a box where someone will read it. Because when delivering mail, there is simply redirection, there is processing through milter, there are filters for the final delivery of sieve.
Notification that the letter is NOTdelivered - does not mean at all that it was not delivered - well, nothing will prevent me from accepting it through milter, and in response to the server to issue 5.7.1 User unknown, so that they do not write more.
All this was invented long before spam became a common part of life :) but it has not died even now, on the contrary, it is widely used, just so that a priori it was impossible to say whether this box is alive or not. Who need to know the.

there are services,
look for a professional mailer, he will tell you everything
about inbox spam, not everyone gives, I can’t tell from memory - it seems that only mail ru gives, but maybe the rest (Yandex, Yahoo, well, gmyl) offer something
if he himself - start with mailchimp
