You will have to draw such a scheme yourself. The difference in graphical display is a different kind. Each table and its fields have a Russian-language designation. Try to translate. There is also a rather old article . Most of the database remained similar. Next, you have S1-Sn connections, redraw them in the desired form and designate them. The primary key for each table should always be written in 1 line and in a separate frame.
