Is there a logging http forward proxy?

Good afternoon. Tell me, are there ready-made solutions for http forward proxy that can fully log requests and responses, along with headers and body?
I took a quick look at haproxy, nginx and squid. The first two are used mainly as a reverse proxy, as I understand it. And for squid, I did not find how to log requests / responses in full, at best, only headers.
