The task that will be performed will load the server itself. If the script runs quickly and consumes almost no resources, then run it at least every minute. Simply put, it all depends on the specific task. Let's say if we have a php script and we know that it is faster than 2-3 minutes. does not finish its work, then running every minute can lead to not very good results.
