Is there a linux distribution similar to MacOS?

Sorry for the hard drugs, I'm interested in a distribution kit that is as close as possible to Mac ...
Thanks in advance!

There is nothing even close.
But if you only mean window treatments, then you have a lot of options.

XFCE is similar (Xubuntu). Ubuntu itself is also similar, though orange and black.
There are still fans of customization - they will disguise themselves under any Linux operating system, but I do not approve of this approach - lightness should be maintained.

I can suggest Rosa Linux, if you install KDE5 plasma, add a panel like in Mac (which is possible) and a couple of effects, then everything is ready =))

There are many Linux.
And unofficial:
Pear OS (Chic, I have it now) and all sorts of topics on Linux, for example, the same GMAC, Macubuntu.
From official:
Ubuntu, Elementary OS.
