Is there a limit to using the VK API from one IP?

I know about the VK limit of 3 requests per second on behalf of one account. The question is, is there a limit to sending requests from one IP? That is, can I send 6 requests per second using 2 accounts, but from one computer?

no.
not 6, not more than 3 for each account per second. (total 6 if you add the number of requests from two accounts. P.S. it sounds ambiguous to you)
API is counted only by accounts
