Is there a lightweight js library?

Hello. All the same, I suffered with pure js and ..... Now I use libraries. At the moment, only jquery 100kb. plus css 150. (and with an Internet connection from a sim card of 50kb, this is for two minutes, checked on a real device, stupidly connected the library and css without layout) The first loading of the site is very long ... I'm looking for a library that will display the real loading stage There are online games for PC, but there is flash :( ) The idea is that there will be a "download of the game", and in the meantime the browser will save everything to the cache and it will be possible to play more less on a weak Internet.
Or how to solve the problem differently?

Have you tried using jQuery scripts and CSS from libraries not hosted on your hosting, but linking to popular public places? For example Google https://developers.google.com/speed/libraries/#jquery. Most of the visitors will probably already have jQuery cached from there.
CSS files can be minified and compressed.
