Is there a library or tool that allows you to visually manipulate the site menu, just like it is done in the Wordpress admin?

There is a task to make the same visual changer for the menu as in Wordpress but on React.
I tried with react-dnd and with react-beautiful-dnd, but it's all wrong (or I just dug badly).
Is there anything meaningful?
The menu structure is not important, but the main thing is that it can be controlled visually, with the mouse, and what would be after if it could be rendered as a dropdown menu.
