Is there a less buggy equivalent to Scene Builder for JavaFX?

Tell me the GUI analogue of Scene Builder, otherwise it’s somehow unpredictable, and in IntelliJ IDEA it’s not really possible to use it at all.

I can say so. As a built-in tool in Scene Builder is not very good. Many people use Scene Builder separately from IDEA.
In this playlist, the author says: "To avoid problems, use the separately installed Scene Builder"
PS I have not seen analogues of this software yet.
