The other day I found a wonderful program jwrapper For java, which allows you to run a Java application on a computer where JRE is not installed.
Therefore, the question is, is there a similar program, only for python?
Very desirable cross-platform, like jwrapper.

only both had problems with the numpy package, now I don’t know how. And so - just such a desktop software turns out.
