Is there a java SDK for the Vkontakte API? Twitter has a good lib twitter4j, and VK has something? Need to use in Swing, JavaFX application

Perhaps you are talking about a ready-made SDK? For Java, there is no official such library, but you can use methods common to all: Server methods API , Payments API , Advertising API , Offers API .
