Is there a handy tutorial cataloger?

A user-friendly program for cataloging study guides is required. For example, in English language.
It is necessary to store and easily find information about available textbooks and materials for them. The materials themselves, as a rule, are (within one training course):

  • several books - a student's book, a workbook, a teacher's book (in pdf or djvu format, or in general in bulk of individual pages)
  • audio - 1 or more audio discs, represented either by the disc itself, or by its image on the hard drive, or by a set of mp3 files in some folder
  • video - again, a disk or set of video files
  • interactive materials (disk, program, swf-file)
  • some additional materials, for example, links to Internet resources

And now it is necessary that all this is convenient to find and open / run. Those. I use the same search to find the course I need, and already in it I open the material I need.
Is there something ready-made suitable for the functionality for these purposes? Yes, and for a person who is "on you" with a computer.
