Is there a free (at least cheap) analogue of TeamViewer VPN or Hamachi with Android support? There is no way to raise your vpn server: the system is behind a provider NAT, there is no opportunity to get a white ip yet and is not expected

IMHO - a cheap option to buy a virtual machine on a hosting thread and raise a VPN there. Well, or the same OpenVPN server.
