I decided that I needed to somehow improve in the direction of the front-end, and I want to learn how to work with the tools of professionals, because every time I'm already tired of making everything up from scratch. Habr and, in fact, the entire Internet is buzzing about a bunch of different frameworks and other goodies like node.js, grunt, less, sass. I spent a day reading tons of articles and finally got confused.
Please help me somehow organize the materials for study + set up the entire development environment on a computer under windows.

what to install there ... Download the installer and rejoice. Node and npm will be available to you right away in the console. Further, the instructions are not very dependent on platforms.
