Is there a good JS library for building timeline charts?

There is such a time chart:

The library from "Google" was used , but they asked to add scaling to the chart, something like this example , with scrolling through the mouse, but it can not be applied on this type of chart, so I'm looking for a replacement with the possibility of such scaling ( scroll) with this type of chart.
Can you please tell me if there is such a good library?
