There are Blogger, Wordpress apps that can post to related services by attaching location, image, with simple editing features.
Is there an application that can be configured to work with its own HTTP gateway? I programmed the backend to save information, and all data is sent from the application itself.

Write a backend that will publish sent emails. There are email applications for every taste for all axes.
