Is there a free, no-question-asked foreign mail service with email client support?

Hello, tell me a mail service that meets the following requirements:
+ location outside the Russian Federation
+ no need to specify a phone number
+ support for working in the Thunderbird desktop mail client or another non-highly specialized mail client.
Don't suggest: gmail, yahooo I've
reviewed quite a few lists, and so far it seems that such servers have died out like mammoths :(
PS: One service was found and it's just incredible (this is cock.li, thanks for the tip chupasaurus) but looking at the statistics of "premature deaths" of cool and unpaired mail servers, I can't feel "dry and protected" until a couple of three fallbacks appear, so if your stash is lying around - keep throwing , and do not look at the date of the request, in my opinion it will always be relevant, if not for me, then "for those who will come in my place" :)
